I have low back pain and neck and shoulder pain. It had been a few years since I had an adjustment when I recently had a painful back spasm that left me in bed for 6 days straight. I finally went to visit Create Wellness and so glad I invested in my health. The staff are incredibly warm and inviting and I felt at ease even though I was super nervous to get treatments. My chiropractor explains everything well and keeps me calm during the adjustments which I appreciate!

I went to see Ian initially with a back problem that he quickly resolved and have subsequently have several other "niggles" treated to great success (Knee, Neck, Achilles tendon). I now go to Ian as a regular visitor and have found my quality of life greatly improved as a result. Ian is calm, professional and approachable. The clinic is spacious and very well equipped. Very easy parking as well, for those who may be struggling through injury.

When I first attended Bodywell for an examination I was a little sceptical as I have been to both a physiotherapist and osteopath for treatment. Neither of these helped and the second actually made the problem worse. After a thorough examination I was told that there were two spinal issues, which were of long standing. This was before Christmas. At this time I was unable to stand up straight, look over either shoulder, stand for any length of time or walk further than 50 yards before having to stop and rest as my back would go into spasm. I have been having regular adjustments and massage. It is now the end of March and last week we went away for a couple of days to Norfolk. Whilst there we went on long beach walks and pottering around various towns. All of this was with ease. Something that I thought was lost to me forever. I am looking forward to being able to do more and enjoying playing with my grandchildren. I know that this is not the end of the journey, but I am confident that by condition will continue to improve, thanks to the care of Dr Christian, April and all the staff at Bodywell. Just a little addition - last week I went out for dinner with friends and in the first time for years I wore high heeled shoes. Something else that I thought that I would never do again. Really works for me. The staff are all very welcoming and caring. It is a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, where I feel that I can escape the hustle and bustle of life for half an hour. The reason that I chose Bodywell was because of an advertisement in a local journal. I had no knowledge of any similar local establishments and my choice was quite random, but what a good choice. I was in so much pain that I had nothing to lose and I have gained so much.

Dr Denis was the only local osteopath to turn up in my Google search. I thought he was very thorough at the consultation and did everything he could to help me. He had a look at all of my ailments. It was very good value. The clinic was fine. Nice and quiet, with a calming atmosphere. Treatment wasn’t perfect, but it was good quality for what I paid.

I am more than happy with my experience there. People were very welcoming. The therapist took the time to listen to my issues, define the problems and talk about the solutions. She managed to find where the problems were and in just 1h session, I already feel so much better. Her attitude was very professional and very gentle as well. I already booked an appointment for next month. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

I’ve been going to LIFE Clinic for ten years now and have built up a good relationship with the resident GP - he is super professional and competent. I’m very happy with the GP’s service and treatment, but I went to see a nutritionist at the clinic as well, and I don’t feel like the dietary advice he provided me with was helpful at all. I haven’t seen any results based on his recommendations. Other than that, I have no issues with my experience at LIFE Clinic. I wouldn’t keep coming back year after year if there was a problem with the treatment or service.

Great facility with highly experienced staff. Had fab treatment after a horse riding accident and now back is better than it was before the accident!

The Clinic staff were Professional and the service was Excellent. I received prompt attention and was well informed of the procedures prior to commencement of treatment and also well informed of each step as treatment proceeded. I have been plagued on and off with back pain for the past 30 years, and tried all sorts of treatment including physiotherapy and osteopathy. Chiropractic treatment, however, has proven the most effective for me. I have had successful treatment from both Sam and Lee over past few years, and can recommend both as excellent practitioners. Recently I have also had acupuncture for chronic heel pain which was affecting my ability to walk and I can honestly say that it has been amazingly effective. After a couple of treatments and an excercise regime to follow, the pain has almost totally gone. And all that without having to resort to medication. Thank you.

I had a back massage with Pete due to having pulled a muscle. Pete was brilliant and told me all about the muscle groups he was looking at and how the massage would help. I've never had a sports massage on my back before but found it to be great and well worth the fee. The clinic was clean and tidy and the staff were all lovely and responded super quick to my initial enquiry.
