I was at the clinic for a simple eye exam in the hopes of buying new eyeglasses. I was surprised at the detail and the care that was taken. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I came to this clinic to have my Lasik eye correction surgery (short-sightseeing). Unfortunately, I couldn't have it because Doc. Novak very kindly explained to me that my eye condition not quite suitable for this kind of surgery. I have a very dry eye syndrome. And it was not a good time for me. So it was risky to have it now. I was advised to continue to use artificial tear drops (Blink) and come back in 3-4 months. I think it was very wise and no need to rush if you want 100% satisfaction results. Hopefully, in few months I will have this surgery. Nice, clean, modern design clinic. The staff is very friendly and speak English, German, French and of course Czech languages. The location is also very convenient and easy to get it.

I was ill for a week, my antibiotics were finished and that Friday I was still not well. Portia at reception assisted me by squeezing me in to see Dr. Snyman. He was very practical, explained why he gave me certain meds, showed me research relating to what I was going through, which made sense. I am very impressed. Excellent service from the doctor and the receptionist Portia.

The two women that own this clinic were excellent. They are friendly, outgoing, extremely helpful and very professional. The eye exam was very thorough and they took time to make sure I had a pair of glasses I liked rather than trying to sell me the most expensive pair in the shop. It's reassuring that these people genuinely care about their customers and it's for that reason I've sent family and friends to them and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Took aged mum for an eye test on 28.10 to Seaford branch It took 50 mins but was so thorough she delayed all the subsequent appointment. The optician was patience personified and the dispensing optician was the epitome of good customer service

I accompanied my 89 yr old mother who has dry macular degeneration, a cataract and suffers with Charles Bonet syndrome for an eye test today. The optician was kind, considerate, and the epitome of patience ! The dispensing optician was cheerful and solicitous.

I needed cataract surgery that was affordable. Dr Kumar provided this and so much more. Throughout the experience, I felt as if I was in the hands of a highly professional, caring and skilled surgeon. The surgery was performed under local anaesthesia; not something is usually done in the US. Having now experienced both styles of anaesthesia for this procedure (I had the other eye done in the US years ago with much better health insurance) I can say that two styles of surgery are equally stress-less. The savings factor was large. After calculating all the costs including travel, lodging and meals, I saved over $1000.00. The medical care was excellent and the value is tremendous. The clinic served as a basic office for Dr Kumar. The actual procedure was performed at a nearby speciality hospital (it seem all doctor offices are termed as clinics in India). The facilities are simple but equipped with all that is needed. The staff was very professional and caring. Not all spoke English but arrangements were made prior to my arrival to see that I always had English speaking staff to help me through the process.

This was the most thorough eye exam I've ever had. I had a full peripheral vision check which I didn't get at my last optician and found out my cholesterol levels may be high which I didn't even know could be detected from an eye exam before today. Very impressive modern equipment too. The staff are knowledgeable and they really care.. I wont be going anywhere else for my eye tests now. They have an excellent array of frames, I couldn't resist buying an extremely stylish Porsche ready reader.
