I would love to express my deepest gratitude to doctor Hossam, for the way he managed my emergency ectopic pregnancy. He was marvelous, supportive and caring throughout the whole procedure. Excellent staff. The doctors were very nice and informed us of all the details beforehand. We were guided at each step. The climb is nicely located in a safe central Istanbul area. The reception and coordination were excellent.

I started my medical studies at the University of Monterrey in 2000, extended in 2005 the undergraduate internship at St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital in Houston, Texas receiving honorable mention, to obtain a degree Medical surgeon and obstetrician.I trained as a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in Military Sheba Hospital, Tel Hashomer in Tel Aviv, Israel, completing my knowledge rotating in different complementary services of the hospital.

Where do I start? I made an inquiry on clinicsearch in July 2018. Much to my surprise, within minutes Dr Karpouzis reached out to me via telephone. We had a very lengthy conversation where he was very thorough about the process and answered all my questions. He suggested a Skype call to be able to talk to both me and my husband and basically explain everything to us once again. He was very knowledgeable and I felt a connection with him right away. I knew he was the right doctor for us. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was also professional, kind, polite and very patient. We communicated via email for the following months. He was with me every step of the way. Very responsive to all my emails and my texts. I never felt ignored or like just another patient. When he told me that I will be talking only with him from start to finish he wasn't kidding. I only had to deal with him personally. Not his staff. This way nothing got lost in translation. It's a service he provides that is truly priceless because it makes you feel important and taken care of. I even had to wake him up at 2:30 in the morning one time because I had a question about the medication. He answered. No voicemail to leave a message and he will get back to me. He answered the phone and put my concerns at ease. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I got medication while my daughter was in Greece so she can bring it back to me here in the states, which helped a lot in shortening my stay in Greece. We arrived in Athens on Sept.24, 2018. It was such a pleasure to finally meet this wonderful and amazing doctor who's about to make our dream come true. He was so kind and respectful. So professional. I cannot say enough great things about Dr Karpouzis. He talked to us, examined me and explained everything to us step by step. Made sure we understood everything so everything went like clockwork maximum: the day of the embryo transfer. But although I was done with my treatment, it doesn't end there. He still continued to check on me to see how I was feeling. To make sure I was taking all my medication. I was still texting him with silly questions and again always responded. Well, I am back home now. 6 days post embryo transfer. He told me to take the test 12 days post embryo transfer but something was telling me that it worked and I took 2 pregnancy tests. Both gave me a positive result! We cannot express our gratitude enough for this amazing young talented professional who I believe is top in his field. I wanna tell the whole world how great he is. I would recommend him to anyone who wants personal and professional care and a positive result! It was worth the trip to Greece to be in the hands of the best doctor Dr Karpouzis. Do not hesitate. Book your appointment with him today! I promise you it will be the best decision you ever made. I know it was for me. Thank you Dr Karpouzis! The Institute of Life is the best! The women who work there are so professional and polite. They were so nice. No bad attitudes to deal with. They were always happy and willing to help. They helped make this experience that much better! The Institute of Life was very clean and is run so professionally and very efficient. All in all, I am very happy with the choices I made. I am 49 years old, I have a fibroid the size of a grapefruit, I am overweight and this was my very first IVF. Against all odds, everyone else who told me it can't be done, Dr Karpouzis proved them wrong! I got my positive result and I couldn't be happier! He is my miracle doctor excellent doctor. Highly recommend!

I contacted Dr Bagiokos to ask about scheduling an appointment. I received a very prompt response and went to see him just two days later. I received outstanding treatment and care. I got feedback and results promptly following my appointment. I found Dr Bagiokos very professional, extremely good at communicating (additionally in my native language, English) and kind. I will absolutely return to see him in the future and would strongly recommend him to anyone searching for an obstetrician/gynaecologist. The clinic was clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and service was great overall.

My husband and I were trying for 2 years to get pregnant. Our friends advised us to make an appointment at Isida clinic, with Dr. Shiyanova. Our meeting lasted for more than an hour, I just felt that this is my doctor and she actually can help us. After taking all the prescribed analysis and examinations, we are going to her again on the following Tuesday. So far our impressions are purely positive.

The consultations focus mainly on high-risk pregnancies, morphology ultrasound scans and invasive prenatal testing such as amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling. The routine gynecological examination and contraception modalities are of course available. Minor gynecological procedures are also performed.Infertility consultation and follow-up for ovarian stimulation for insemination are routinely done.  What is not available at the clinic: IVF procedure by itself ( done in another setting); egg donation; sperm donation.

I had Gastric Sleeve surgery on the 8th of July 2017. From being met at the airport to the return trip, everything was superb! Marion, my driver was so sweet! He took us to see a village with three castles! Martin, a member of staff who was in charge of seeing that patients get where they are supposed to be and so much more, was welcoming, friendly and did everything and more to make sure I was taken care of. Martyna was very kind and couldn't do enough to make everything more than okay for me. Their English is excellent which was very helpful. The nurses were lovely, friendly and helpful, too. The cardiologist was brilliant. An intelligent, beautiful lady that exuded intelligence and kindness. She was always there if needed. The surgeon was informative and put me at ease. He checked on me many times after the surgery. Philip is on the admin side of the clinic and answered all of my emails pre- and post-op so quickly and came and introduced himself to us before we left the hospital. I can't fault this clinic. I was told aftercare is not limited to three or five years, they are available to us as long as we need them. I suppose the one thing I might suggest is to go in cooler weather, July was HOT and no air conditioning!! Excellent!!
